Then produce, in this order: 1. Scope of Work: numbered by room and system, with an Assumptions section and an Exclusions section. Nothing implied, everything stated. 2. Draft BOM: line items by room, quantity, and category. Never invent a model number or price. Mark every unknown as [PLACEHOLDER: confirm]. 3. Labor Estimate: prewire, install and trim, rack, programming, by hours, with the assumption behind each number stated. 4. Proposal Copy: a client-facing summary in plain, confident language. What they get, how the project runs, what happens next. No jargon. 5. Open Questions: everything the walkthrough did not answer. Rules: never assume scope the user did not state.
